1. Our service

HelpAssignment.ca provides academic tutoring, editing, model-answer writing, and study-support services to Canadian college and university students. All materials are intended as study references, worked examples, or drafts to inform your own work.

2. Orders and quotes

Quotes are provided in Canadian dollars and are valid for 24 hours. An order is confirmed only after payment has been received and a writer has been assigned.

3. Revisions

Revisions are free and unlimited within the revision window shown on your order (typically 14 days after delivery), provided the request stays within the original brief.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: we refund verified late delivery, verified plagiarism, or work that clearly does not match the brief.

5. Responsible use

You agree to use our materials in line with your institution's academic-integrity policy. See our Academic Integrity Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

You receive a licence to use the delivered materials for personal study. We retain the underlying copyright and may use anonymised excerpts to train editors.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed grades, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
