Refund Policy

We stand behind every order with a clear money-back guarantee. This policy explains when a refund applies, how it's calculated, and how to request one.

When we refund in full

• Duplicate payments processed in error.
• Orders cancelled before a writer has been assigned.
• Verified late delivery on rush orders under 24 hours.
• Verified plagiarism above the threshold shown in the plagiarism report.
• Wrong subject or wrong academic level delivered.

When we refund partially

• Partial mismatch with the brief — you receive a free rewrite plus a partial refund proportional to the mismatch.
• Minor lateness on non-rush orders — a partial refund proportional to the delay.
• Cancellation after work has started — refund of the unearned portion only.

When refunds do not apply

• The final grade did not meet expectations, but the work matched the brief.
• You changed the brief after work began.
• Late submission caused by the student (e.g. missed portal upload).

How to request a refund

Email hello@helpassignment.ca with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours and refund approved requests to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are always paid in Canadian dollars (CAD).
